Refund policy

At Columbus Furniture Co. we are dedicated to making sure the piece of furniture that you purchase is everything that you dreamed it would be. We take every measure to make sure of this before you receive your furniture. We send photos and a message to your email once your piece is complete. This allows you to see your exact piece of furniture before it leaves the shop. That way we can make sure you're happy with the furniture before it leaves our shop.

 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The cost of return shipping and any additional packaging is the responsibility of the buyer.
